Full refunds will be granted, less a $30 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing by October 1, 2024. No refunds will be granted after October 1, 2024. Name substitutions will be accepted.

Mid Atlantic Auto Care Alliance/ Super Saturday Training & Expo event reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by MAACA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. MAACA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by MAACA, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
A person attending a MAACA event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organizers.
By participating in a MAACA event or by failing to notify MAACA in writing of your desire to not have your photograph used by MAACA, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify MAACA from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with MAACA may not use, copy, alter, or modify MAACA photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from MAACA.
